SEFcast provides an AI-powered SEO marketing and collaboration platform that includes:
- Automated keyword research and analysis
- Competitor analysis and tracking
- Rank tracking and monitoring
- AI-powered SEO recommendations
- Team collaboration tools
- SEO performance dashboards and reporting
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
4. Subscription and Payments
Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Price Changes: We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period. We will provide reasonable notice of any price increases.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Free Trials: If you begin with a free trial, you will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Use automated means to access the Services without our permission
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content: The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by SEFCAST LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEFCAST LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SEO IMPROVEMENTS OR RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SEFCAST LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
